Take a morning walk on the sand and feel the cool breeze before the temperature rises. Once everyone has had their fun for the day, the furnished balcony is a great place to settle down for the evening with a glass of wine and a home-cooked meal. This home is in a wonderful location set back from it all, but still close to everything Santa Rosa Beach has to offer. This vacation rental is within 15 miles of several all-ages attractions including the Alys Beach Amphitheater, The Village of Baytown Wharf, Grayton Beach and Eden Gardens State Park’s and 30A Pontoon Rental. Everyone will have no trouble finding their own sense of adventure! THINGS TO KNOW Reservations between March and October include beach service. Free rentals of DVDs and free seasonal rentals of two bikes and a kayak (one hour).

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
