Welcome to Sand Castle! This recently remodeled home is the perfect tropical oasis for your next beach vacation. Just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach off the sandy path from the pool deck. With loungers, a covered bar/seating area, and a BBQ, the outdoor living is a dream! With 3,000+ sqft, TWO game rooms, & 3 stories of spacious living, guests will be comfortable with their own privacy. The Sand Castle boasts 7 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across 3 floors. Main entry is on the 2nd floor up the gorgeous white stairs in front. Our amazing home is a FAN FAVE with so many amenities, you’ll never want to leave! 2 bedrooms & full bath on 2nd/main floor, 1 bedroom & full bath on bottom floor, 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths on 3rd floor. Enjoy the beautiful Florida nights poolside with a pool light and Edison lights, thoughtfully strung around the covered patio. Watch the sunrises and sunsets, cook on the BBQ, or just soak up the sun in the loungers! Pool is heated seasonally (see below for more info). Pool light is on an auto-timer. We’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to. FREE AMENITIES INCLUDE: *stainless steel BBQ w/ 2 cans of propane/week to get you started

AMAZING Neighborhood!! Walk to several restaurants and gift shops. Also near the marinas that you can book a boat or jet ski rental, parasail & the pirate cruise. Heading to the beach? Just a quick walk (1 ½ blocks) and we provide everything you need for your perfect day in the sun! Coolers, multiple chairs, sand toys and a beach wagon included with NO UPCHARGES!!! Want to just take a ride? We provide several adult & kids bikes (and helmets) so you can ride around the neighborhood. We are dog/pet friendly with a pet fee. No breed/size restrictions. When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations. **POOL: Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Pool heater can only heat to 20 degrees F above ambient temperature. Pool is heated for free to 84, guests can pay a daily fee to have it heated to 87 (if weather permits this). 3 day minimum required. Pool is ONLY heated October 1 - April 30 and is not an option outside of these dates. In over 15,000 stays, only 3 times (at different houses) did we have issues with the pool heater functioning properly. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the heater, it is a possibility. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool MUST be serviced 1-2 times per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool maintenance comes by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
