Step into the inviting open living area, where you'll find plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Sink into the plush seating and catch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The dining area is furnished with a table that seats six. And the fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a handy dishwasher, and additional seating at the breakfast bar for two. Need some extra sleeping space? No problem! Just inflate the queen-sized Aero bed and you're all set for a cozy night's sleep. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached bath has a double sink, whirlpool tub, and shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King-size bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen size beds. This property is handicap-friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs. About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment.
