Named for the gracious southern city, the Savannah Building is an elegant and luxurious property tucked into the hub of Rosemary Beach and surrounded by charming cobblestone streets, quaint shops, and delicious cafes. Savannah 1E is a quintessential 30A condominium with an unmistakable luxe, beachy vibe. Your family will be close to nearly everything while being tucked serenely above it all in pure comfort and privacy. This spacious two-bedroom unit has sleeping space for six people. The open living and dining areas have a classic style filled with comfy, chic details. Two over-stuffed sofas and two refined armchairs face a built-in bookshelf housing a flatscreen television. Nearby, the dining area has a farmhouse-style dining table with seating for six and a fireplace. The kitchen is wide open to the living area, ideal for families. An L-shaped island is topped with gleaming marble and has additional casual bar seating for three. Glass French doors lead out to the sun-kissed terrace. There’s sleeping space for six people at Savannah 1E, spread out over two master suites and an additional bunk berth. The first master suite has a king-size bed dressed in crisp white linen and faces a flatscreen television. A unique sunroom has built-in bench seating. You’ll find a spa-like, glass-enclosed shower and double vanity in the en suite bathroom. The second master suite also has a king-size bed and flatscreen television. The attached bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and rustic wood vanity. A twin-over-twin-size bunk bed sleeping berth is built into the hallway and will be a huge hit with kids of all ages.
