Inside, the first floor offers the primary suite, living room, family room (den), well-equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), and dining room. The second level offers the remaining three bedrooms, with a shared hall bath. You are just a short drive or bike ride to the beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Additional amenities include Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. This home also features six TVs (all flat-screens), a wood-burning fireplace, and a gas grill. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
