Comfortable and peaceful property located in the beautiful area of Yosemite Forks. Centralized location allows you to take advantage of all the area has to offer. 20 minutes one way to Yosemite's South Entrance, and 10 minutes the other way to Bass Lake! This is ONE of TWO properties on 50+ private acres! If you are bringing additional family or friends, you can rent out the other home and have the entire 50+ acres to yourself! Walking trails and beautiful scenery abound, you may not even have to leave the property! If interested in booking both properties, the other property is called "Emerald Escape". The homes are approximately 400 feet away from each other, so there is still plenty of privacy. A few amenities of this great property include: Newly installed EV Charger! This home is all one level home. Please obey the 15 MPH speed limit on Scenic Drive. This is a short, narrow, private road with blind curves, people walking dogs, wildlife crossing, etc. Rental Agreement- Immediately after booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will be sent to you via text and email for E-signing. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours to finalize your reservation. You will also need to upload a photo of the ID associated with the credit card on file. This is solely for fraud protection purposes. E-signing allows you to go straight
