Perfectly situated in Kill Devil Hills, this first floor oceanfront condominium has beautiful views of the Atlantic. The condo features direct beach access, a spacious floor plan and all the special touches that make you feel at home. The front entry takes you into the dining area. You'll love the colorful dining table with room for 6 that doubles as a game table. A laundry room and full bath are conveniently located off this space. The large living area features comfortable furniture, an entertainment center with large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light along with unbeatable ocean views. The kitchen, which has a window to the living area, features modern appliances, beautiful counter tops, bar seating, and offers plenty of prep space making it easier than ever to whip up a masterpiece for the family. Rest easy in one of three bedrooms. A cozy Queen bedroom is located off to the side of the dining area. A second bedroom features two twin beds with a TV and sliding door access to a small oceanview deck. The final bedroom is a Master Queen room with attached full bat
