As you walk into this fully tiled coastal charmer, you will discover a nice family room with cozy sofas, a large dining table that opens directly to the kitchen, a smart tv, and double glass sliders that will lead you straight to the furnished balcony with awesome water and beach views. The balcony boasts a welcoming dining area and a lounge space, offering a fantastic spot to unwind after a terrific day at the beach or community pools. Back inside, the family room also enjoys a dry bar with a mini-fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is large and well appointed with all the essentials to prepare savory treats and meals for the group.
