At-home meal planning is made easy in the full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Everyone can gather in the living room for shows or movies on the smart TV and each bedroom includes a TV for added convenience. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer round out the in-home essentials. THINGS TO KNOW The ground floor of this individual building hosts an indoor pool and a fitness center. Guests also have access to all the pools and amenities in Sea Colony. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
