Enjoy amazing views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. No better place to start the day with coffee and end it with a glass of wine. You are minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, golf courses, water sports, grocery stores, and fishing. Nothing separates you from the beach except our walkway! King Master, hall bunks, and brand new sleeper sofa. 1 shared bathroom. This bright condo is unit 26 on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit, offering the best views. Interior has been upgraded with window shutters and all new floors! Enjoy a comfy master and a bunk bed, perfect for younger children. Located in a relaxing family friendly environment with a pool, all just steps from the beach. Living room has cable and smart tv to sign in and access your favorite shows and movies. Extra amenities include new floors, new sleeper sofa, sand toys, pool noodles, DVD player, and video game console with thousands of games to play. Regular basket filter coffee maker and keurig. Outdoor pool only for our condo building is heated! We live near Nashville, TN and our favorite driving destinations are the Smoky Mountains and the Gulf of Mexico.
