You are greeted by an open floor plan, where the dining area, gourmet kitchen and large living room are all joined together, allowing plenty of space for your family and friends to gather after a day at the beach! The Master bedroom has a king bed, a balcony overlooking Broad Street, a TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and his and her sinks. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids. It has 2 single beds, plenty of closet space and a TV. The third and fourth bedrooms both have Queen beds and their own TVs. There is a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the second floor for guests to share. The outdoor living space is where you will want to spend most of your time! There is a covered back porch perfect for morning coffee, that leads to the large patio complete with a dining set and lounge area. The yard is fully fenced in for kids and pets to enjoy. 508 Broad has a fully enclosed outdoor shower and a small garage space to keep your rented bikes or beach equipment!
