The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath, a smart TV, and a selection of board games. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The patio under the home is equipped with a charcoal grill, gas griddle, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The screened porch offers plenty of seating and a ceiling fan.
