Seventh Street Select is conveniently located near the Eureka business district but set back off the road to keep the busy outside world minimized. It is a townhouse-style rental with a full kitchen, living room, and garage all on the lower level. This home has recently been remodeled and updated with new features and appliances throughout. This rental is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to the heart of Eureka. Don't miss the incredible Carson Mansion, one of the most photographed buildings in the world, just a half-mile away. Eureka is just about 10 miles from Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt, 20 miles from the Victorian village of Ferndale, and 47 miles south of Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park. THINGS TO KNOW Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second level.
