Hello travelers near and far! We are new to BookingCom however the property and the home have lots of 5 star reviews on 'the other sites' and I am rated a Super Host. I am one of several locals that take care of two vacation homes here in Three Rivers. I run a pretty tight ship so that you, as our guests, are taken care of! The houses are set up nice for you. They are well equipped, comfortable and always consistently clean. More than that, once you are booked and we can communicate, I will provide you with lots of local and Park information all timed to assist in helping you make the most of your visit to “our neck of the woods”, pun intended. On your way into the great town of Three Rivers you’ll already know where everything is that you might need in the way of supplies, gas, food and beverage too. Once inside the home you’ll find maps and tips; both local and for the Park. Short and to the point maps for trails that you can hike both in the summer and winter. As well as a 3R map for the best places to go out for meals. Book with me, you won’t be disappointed!

BRAND NEW INSIDE! Perfect for two couples is this 1350 sq foot two bedroom two bath home! Just renovated by the owners and includes all new furnishings. They really put it all together very nicely and very thoroughly. The property is located only two miles from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park on a secluded and quiet lane. It really is on a Shady Knoll! The views from the front and back are really some of the best in Three Rivers and they are totally different. Relax on the huge back deck with a panoramic view of Morro Rock, Alta Peak and Eagles Nest! In the front you can often hear the Kaweah River in the distance and look over the whole town of Three Rivers and always be on the look out for photo ops of our local wildlife! The kitchen is fully equipped with all manner of utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Everything you would need to prepare meals if that's what you love to do. With plenty of complimentary goodies on the counter and a dining table that seats six. The living room is situated to take in views of the (often) snow peaked Sierra Mountain as are both king size beds! Yes, there is an HD TV with lots of cable channels and Wi-Fi. at "The Knoll".

The Shady Knoll is located in the great little town of Three Rivers which is the gateway town for the Ash Mountain Main Entrance to Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Park home of the largest living things on earth, the Giant Sequoia trees. Find it east of Visalia on HWY 198, half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco, perfect for mountain getaways for the weekend or the week.
