Quiet neighborhood, 1 Mile to Sofi Studium, street parking or you can Uber around. Shopping center, eateries, and public transportation are 3 blocks away. Costco is 5 blocks away. 15 minutes to the coast, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, etc. 20-30 minutes to USC. Close to LAX airport, the city center, great , art and culture, and shopping.
