Great second-row home featuring an upper and a lower covered deck with 160° open ocean views as well as easy beach access. You'll be just across the street from the ice cream shop and general store. The light and bright interior is nicely decorated with coastal-chic furnishings throughout. Unwind in the living room while enjoying an ocean view, or watch TV in the upstairs den. Get cooking in the spacious kitchen (for more than one chef) with plenty of utensils to make you feel like you are in your own habitat. However, this time, including majestic ocean views! Serve special home-cooked meals at the large dining table so everyone can face the ocean and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are two bedrooms on the main level; two upstairs bedrooms each have access to the upper, covered porch - ideal for relaxing and watching the sunrises and sunsets with your love each day. Dine alfresco at a picnic area located beneath the property. An outdoor sand shower is great for rinsing off after a cool, evening walk on the beach and a washer/dryer adds convenience. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
