Thank you for your interest in my vacation rental. I established Colombiana Properties LLC, 13 years ago when I decided to go into real state. I manage one commercial property, one residential property and this vacation rental condo. However, I am also a family and a general dentist with a passion for travel; and a mother of two young adults. Park and walk to your condo located in the 3rd floor with 3rd floor parking. No elevators! This condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, and a bunk room with twin beds, as well as a sofa Queen size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops; in addition to a washer and dryer. Also has 2 full bathrooms. As you walk into this condo, the beautiful views of the ocean are the first sight you see. You feel like you are right on the beach; yet high enough to enjoy the rest of the amazing views. You are also a walking distance from the seafood restaurant, Pineapple Willy's. Shores of Panama includes a massive lagoon-style pool. Which is considered one of the largest beachfront pools in Northwest, Florida. Is a 14,000 to 20,000 square foot pool complex. It features a zero entry area (like a beach), a giant hot tub, dolphin fountains, dramatic bridges and two poolside tiki bars. Shores of Panama Resort also has a heated indoor pool, 24 hr fitness Center, full service spa, beach rentals and activities, Coffee and Donut shop, a Shoreline Bar and Grill and much more.
