The perfect all-season adventure retreat, this two-bedroom condo is located in the sought-after Northstar resort community, boasting endless recreation and entertainment. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a 10 dollars daily fee per person for use of the facilities. The serene primary bedroom has a TV, a balcony, and a stylish en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has access to a second full bath is in the entry-level hallway. Pack your ski gear (or rent on-site) and discover world-class wintertime fun on Northstar's iconic slopes. A short drive from Lake Tahoe, you can spend summer days sprawled out on the shore at Kings Beach or dine at a lakeside restaurant. The local area also offers opportunities for horseback riding, mountain biking, and golfing within a short drive. Hop on the free shuttle to Village at Northstar, offering skiing, dining, shopping, a theater, ice/roller skating, and a mountain bike park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
