The top deck provides 360-degree views of Long Beach Island. Private direct beach access from the second-floor deck. Check in time is 4pm, and Check out time is 10am. Beach passes and beach chairs are not included. No smoking or animals anywhere on the premises, including decks. Additional grills, fryers, or any other cooking equipment is not permitted to be used on property. There are active exterior security cameras on the property including deck areas. No cameras inside the home. No roller skating or roller boards on decks at any time. Fireplace is not functioning for warm months.
