Snowgrass Lodge lies in a nature setting above the rushing waters of the Wenatchee river. With views of the Cascade Mountains, a sprawling lawn, and river access just steps away, Snowgrass is a welcome retreat within walking distance of the golf course and downtown Leavenworth. Angela is a professional writer who loves to share people’s stories. Hernan has a background in managing tech design teams and loves designing spaces that create uplifting experiences for people. While living in Seattle, they began visiting Leavenworth and fell in love with the natural beauty and relaxing pace of the area. In 2017, they bought the Snowgrass Lodge, a five-star nightly rental property, to fulfill their dream of creating a mountain sanctuary where people can enjoy their time together. Angela and Hernan like to travel, too, and Airbnb lets them experience that feeling of home wherever they go. They hope to create that same feeling for their guests. The owners live in the cabin next door and will likely be on the property during your stay, available to respond to any needs that arise.

Snowgrass Lodge is within walking distance to town (about 1.5 miles to the center of town) and is located at an ideal access point for the many outdoor activities in the area such as hiking, biking, skiing and snowboarding, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, horse back riding, golfing, floating the river and more! It is walking distance to the golf course as well as to the river access for floating the river in the summer. Downtown Leavenworth is an easy 1.5 mile drive away, just up Icicle Road and right on Hwy 2. Access to the Wenatchee River (where the rafters put in) is just down the driveway and on the left. The link transit is a great option during some of the festivals in town and the Leavenworth taxi and shuttle service is available year round. While it is possible to enjoy Leavenworth from Snowgrass without a car, we recommend having a car so you can check out all the area attractions.
