During the warmer months of the year, the area is just as desirable with its close access to multiple hiking and biking trails. Relish stunning viewpoints at Franklin Falls Trailhead or walk along Annette Lake's gleaming shoreline. Back at SnowTop Manor, warm up and get cozy in front of the living room's stone fireplace. When hunger arises, the kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops - making cooking a breeze! Comfortably lined with soft linens and charming wilderness-themed mementos, the bedrooms ensure a restful night's slumber each evening. The cabin's perks extend to partial air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a Pack-N-Play. Outside, gaze out at marvelous mountain views from the expansive deck while firing up the gas grill and visiting with the people who mean the most to you. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This vacation rental is a duplex with a long-term renter living downstairs. They will respect your privacy and we ask that you do the same.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
