This is a cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo located in the heart of Austin. Enjoy all that South Congress has to offer: HEB grocery store, live music, Meteor Coffee & bike shop, Guero's, Continental Club, a free year-round spring fed pool, and a public park with trails that connect to Lady Bird Lake. You can't beat the location. The condo itself is under a gorgeous oak tree with a view of the pool. Welcome to Austin!

SoCozy is a block from a free spring-fed city pool and is connected to the Lady Bird Lake trail system. Enjoy walking or biking around downtown without traveling on a street.
