Inviting home less than a mile from #DowntownGallatin coffee shops, boutiques, eateries and brewery.
Set with Mid Century style, the furniture is comfy and cozy — new!! This home has a small footprint and fun feel.
Ninja Coffee Maker + Local Coffee provided (cause it’s awesome!)

The neighborhood is small and quaint. On the main roads there are sidewalks and at the end of the road is a sweet coffee shop / boutique — South Water Manor.
Most of the homes on this stretch were build for the “old shoe factory” back in the fifties. Hence, Soles on Factory : )
Central location to both sides of town. Less than half a mile from #downtownGallatin #LocalLove. One of my favorite coffee shops is at the end of Factory St. South Water Manor. Most food deliveries available!
