We also offer our "SBL Stress-Free Damage Benefit” which covers the registered guests against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed fifteen hundred dollars when reported immediately. This eliminates the necessity for traditional security deposits or damage insurance, and provides stress-free protection for guests and owner in the event of an accident. Please note: Pets are allowed in our pet approved properties only and must be approved by Sanibel Vacations. (Dogs only) An additional four hundred dollar fee per dog will apply.

Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active beachside adventure, this home provides the perfect setting for unforgettable memories. Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), free WIFI with TV streaming devices, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
