The condo can accommodate two guests, making it an ideal escape for couples. This sunny ground-floor unit opens onto a light-filled living area, warmly decorated with a sectional sofa and twin mid-century club chairs framing a modern glass coffee table and wall-mounted TV. Just beyond, a glass dining table seats two guests for dinners home-cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring hardwood floors, wood cabinets and stainless steel counters. There is also an additional powder room. After a day at the beach, retreat to the private bedroom, where a king-sized bed and wall-paneled cable TV invite relaxation. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with hardwood floors and a spacious step-in shower. On cool evenings, step through sliding glass doors from the bedroom to enjoy a drink on the private deck.

Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1st - October 31st. **Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass.
