Calm and quiet yet just 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and green space. Perfect for short or long term stays. Off street parking. Pet friendly. No smoking on premises.

Historic Trinity Park is one of Durham’s most sought-after neighborhoods, both for its historic architecture and prime location. The tree lined streets connect to parks, Duke’s East campus, and right to the heart of downtown. I love that I can enjoy the peace and quiet on my street, and within a 5 minute walk be in the middle of everything.
