This property is a cherished gem. It feels like you don't have any neighbors, and if you don't set an alarm, you might find yourself sleeping in! It is a quiet retreat with a calming presence that evokes fond memories, wonderful family time, and more. It has a beautiful lawn for kids and pets (and everyone) to enjoy. The private pool and hot tub are the cherry on top!
I love live music, running with my dog, and creating community events. I was born and raised in the area, and I'm thrilled to be able to share this wonderful piece of California with our guests. I love the local wine scene, knowing the shop owners in our nearby downtowns, and having the option to see wine, waves, and beyond all in one day.
The neighborhood is very quiet. It has an HOA, which means well-maintained trails, homes, and more. A lot of the homes have long-term residents, which keeps it safe and reliable.
