Amazing design, views and location in the heart of the Ballston neighborhood in Arlington. The residence provides all the pleasures. Ideally suited for business executives and leisure seekers alike. You will be located 3 blocks from both the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, 15 minutes away from the White House, The United States Capitol and the Georgetown University. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay, this service is non-refundable and subject to availability. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.
