The Gold Haus was built in 1906 for German immigrants who made this town into the place you love to visit. Centrally located, you are just a 10 minute walk to the corner of Marktplatz in DT Fredericksburg. The home also feature double porch balconies, perfect for sipping some coffee or wine with space for all guests! Home is 2906 sf. There is a spacious foyer upon entrance to home that leads either to the kitchen or the living room. The living room is super cozy with a built-in working gas fireplace, luxurious leather sectional, and a smart TV. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway adjacent to the kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen is beautifully modern and comes fully equipped with appliances, coffee station, and all the cookware and dinnerware utensils you would need.
