Our air-conditioned ground floor condo is fully accessible and sleeps up to 7. Free Parking is included for up to 2 vehicles. [ One vehicle can park right outside the unit in 'O Building' designated spaces and a 2nd vehicle can park about 100 ft away in the guest parking area ]. Our ground floor unit is in the 'O' Building of the 'Ocean Village Club' (OVC), which is one of two buildings closest to the beach (only 300 steps from the front door to the beach). OVC has many amenities, including 2 pools (one heated in winter) with lounge chairs, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, an indoor gym and a clubhouse (with lots of games and books). Guests can sign out games, books, and tennis rackets and equipment for playing shuffle board. Master Bedroom has king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom with standup shower. The Guest Bedroom includes a double and a twin bed. Guest bathroom comes with a deep tub and shower and plenty of racks for hanging towels. Each bedroom has an HDTV with DVD player. Living room has a 55inch Ultra HDTV with leather sofa and love seat. There is also a futon able to sleep 3 children or 2 adults with easy add-on bench (located in guest bedroom). Dining area comfortably seats 6 with room to squeeze in 2 more when needed. Kitchen includes a stainless steel Fridge-Freezer, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Keurig coffee (courtesy coffee pods included: 1 per adult per day). There is a stacked Washer-Dryer inside closet next to the fridge. Free WiFi and ATT U-Verse cable television included as well as cordless landline phones with unlimited free calling anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Guests are provided with 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella (with screw-in sand anchor), beach towels, and free coffee pods (1 per adult per day) with sugar and milkettes, as well as a limited supply of bathroom paper, paper towels, body soap, and dishwash soap and washing machine detergent.
