Welcome to the Villa! Newly renovated and styled to create a simple chic, modern getaway, one block from the beach! The perfect location for exploring all of what St. Augustine has to offer where you can walk to the beach and restaurants for a laid back beach vibe, or hop in the car for a quick drive to historic downtown. After a day of exploring downtown or the beach, unwind in this clean, modern home on your private patio. NOTE: This property is a duplex - there are two units located on the property - This is side B - inquire within if you'd like to rent both properties or this property is full.
