One block from the subway station (Spring Garden/Race Vine), a few blocks from the train station (Jefferson/Suburban). You will get to many places in a short distance - Philadelphia City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, The Love Park, Barnes Foundation, Eastern State Penitentiary, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, The Met, PhilaMOCA, Union Transfer, Underground Arts, Penn's Landing, Old City, etc.

We are proudly located right next to the Philadelphia Police Headquarters, the neighborhood is safe and peaceful, both personal crime grade and property crime grade are rated A, which means the lowest crime area. The property is located in the heart of downtown Philly and near Center City Philadelphia.
