*The HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is estimated to be completed in January 2026, weather permitting. At times, guests staying at Sterling Shores may experience temporary disruptions, including closure of certain amenities and restricted access to balconies. Balcony closures are scheduled to begin Sept. 2025 and completed Jan. 2026. Please contact our reservation team if you have questions regarding the balcony closure dates of this property.
