Stevie, the Cape Farmhouse is a two-story family home located within walking distance from Bucks Creek and Bucks Creek Marshes. Enjoy the refreshing breeze from your private deck and wonderful natural vistas as you eat your lunch at the outdoor dining area. The gas grill available will make it easy to host barbecues for your loved ones. Inside, the living room offers a cozy relaxation spot with inviting furniture and a large Smart TV with cable. Gather around the small coffee table or the eight-person dining table to play one of the many board games available. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance you could need to prepare the most delicious meals and treats for the group. Feel free to look up everyone's favorite recipe online and give it a go! This home's first floor also features a washer/dryer combo in the hallway and a full bathroom. Upstairs, guests will come across three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a small seating area with a flatscreen TV and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The other two guest bedrooms share a full bath. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
