Located on Strawberry Hill above the village of Bar Harbor and within walking distance (about a mile) of the village center and the harbor, this villa has landscaped grounds, with lg lawn areas for family sports and activities overlooked by a large deck. This air conditioned haven, where every member of your family, from little ones to tweens and teens, can find their perfect spot for fun and relaxation. We understand the importance of traveling with tots which is why we provide a high chair and pack and play for your babies, ensuring they have a safe place to rest and dine. THere are f kids’ toys and books will keep your little ones entertained for hours. This home comes with a game room of anyone's dreams. There is an array of exciting activities including foosball, ping pong, and air hockey as well as a video arcade game featuring 10 ass’t games, ensuring endless hours of fun and friendly competition. Meanwhile, the adults can unwind and rejuvenate in our relaxing sauna, the height of tranquility after a day of adventures. Here, families can bond, play and unwind in a space designed to cater to all age groups. On Strawberry Hill, we strive to make your family vacation as stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on creating lasting memories together. Totally private, very quiet, a true retreat from the hustle-and-bustle of downtown but close to the action and the waterfront (walk or bike to Cromwell Harbor) The main floor is open-concept, with spectacular cathedral ceilings and elegant furnishings including a large sectional, a large, fully-equipped, (pots, pans, drip coffee maker, dishes, ) eat-in, gourmet kitchen and adjoining dining area that can seat 12, two bedrooms (two with ensuite bath), and windows and access to the huge rear deck areas and the grill. One bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed. The 2nd floor has four bedrooms, including a huge Main BR with en suite bath AND FIREPLACE -- such luxury! BRs have portable ac units.

The grounds are nicely-landscaped and the lawns ready for family activities, including a basketball court, etc, surrounded by mature woodlands. Bar Harbor is known as the gateway to Acadia National Park, one of America’s favorite parks, and is situated on Mount Desert Island right on the gorgeous Frenchman’s Bay. Here you will find Cadillac Mountain*, the highest point on the eastern seaboard, where you can often see the country’s first sunrise. The town has long been a popular summer vacation destination – ever since the 19th century when powerful American families built their summer “cottages. Today the town is just as vibrant as ever; Main Street is lined with shops, boutiques and dining of all sorts. With Acadia next door and the working waterfront encircling it, Bar Harbor captures something quintessentially Maine.
