I’m a former scientist of the University of Texas Medical Branch, currently retired. My business in this field started in 2015 and my wish is to let people to visit this amazing and unusual island and satisfy my guests having best time at my Studio apartment. The Studio apartment (private) is located on the backyard of my Historical house. Absolutely quiet and safe place and neighborhood. There’s a private, very nice, and green small yard right in front of the Studio with a table and chairs. The house is 3-5 min away walking from the UTMB, that means it’s good chance for long term renting for students who coming to work or study at the University. 10 minutes away walking to the downtown and beach. 7 minutes away from Arlan’s supermarket. In addition, I’m very loyal host for my guests and ready to help in any situation.
Very safe and quiet neighborhood.
