Also, send us the refundable damage deposit via Cash App or Zelle. Parking Rules in the property: Please note that the driveway must remain open at all times. 1. Parking is only allowed in the designated spots located in the rear yard. Each unit has specific parking spaces assigned to it. Guests must park only in the spaces designated for the unit they are renting. Parking in another unit’s assigned space is not permitted and will be considered a violation. 2. Parking in the driveway or in a spot not designated for your unit is strictly prohibited. The driveway may only be used briefly for loading or unloading luggage or supplies. 3. A 75 dollars violation fee will be charged for each occurrence of a vehicle parked in the driveway or in a non-designated/unauthorized spot. This applies each time a violation is reported. Parking Alternatives: 1. Guests may park on the street if additional space is needed. 2. If both of your designated spots are occupied, you may contact us to check if the other unit’s spaces are available for temporary use. Availability will depend on current guest occupancy. OUTDOOR CAMERA RULES - For the safety of all guests and the property, outdoor security cameras are installed and actively recording in designated exterior areas. These cameras are strictly for security and safety monitoring purposes only. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or obstructing any security camera is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of tampering will result in a USD 150 fine and may lead to immediate removal from the property without refund.
