This property is located 7 minutes away from the Theme Parks, Outlets, and Restaurants. The condo can host up to 5 guests. There is a King Size bed in the suite and a Twin-Full Bunk Bed. High standard furniture, decoration, and everything you need for a luxury stay. Our Condo counts with a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, high-speed WiFi, Cable TV, bed linen, towels, and pool towels. Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of your reservation. However, if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, you will only have to pay the 4.5% credit card fee. In the event of a cancellation, we will process any refund owed on the scheduled check-in day.
