I personally love to go out for nature hikes in the surrounding areas on a nice cool day, or try new places to eat. ### THE NEIGHBORHOOD ### The newly renovated Downtown Santa Ana is one of the best places to explore in the area. If you're in town during the first weekend of the month you will get to enjoy local artists art walk. Our home is located near restaurants, across the street from a mini mart, and walking distance to bars/entertainment. Santa Ana is continuing to improve with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. The locals are accustomed to transients walking in the area due to shelters being so near. We have built gated fences around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access as well as adding security cameras to the surrounding property for added peace of mind. There is public transportation available, all within 5 min walking distance. You can Uber to and from our home very easily. For those traveling with a vehicle you'll be glad to know we offer 1 reserved parking spot in the alley just behind the property.
