This home is up the road from Simon Pearce restaurant and is a short 5-minute drive to the Quechee Club. Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center). The Quechee Club is a four-season recreational resort boasting two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, The Club offers 8 Hard-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, paddle tennis, a driving range, a lake with boats, a dock for fishing, a beach, an alpine ski hill, and a well-maintained trail system for hiking, mountain biking, snow-shoeing, and backcountry skiing. Inside the main clubhouse are two restaurants, a state-of-the-art fitness facility that has two exercise rooms for group fitness classes, an indoor lap pool, and a gorgeous outdoor pool overlooking the valley. The Quechee Club amenities are available to renters with a pass purchased at the front desk inside the club. Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
