Plan and prepare family style meals with ease in the expansive full kitchen. The breakfast island includes bar seating for two and the eat-in dining table can seat up to four. A separate family offers additional seating and a gas fireplace for after-dinner gatherings. THINGS TO KNOW The pool is unheated. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
