Located in the heart of charming downtown Gatlinburg, this 2BR/2BA condo is an easy stroll to dining, hiking, and the aerial tram. Swim in the sparkling pool or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Finish the day amidst the warm glow of the fireplace. You’ll love the sweeping mountain views from the living room balcony and the private balcony off the primary suite. LIVING AREA The living room features a stone-trimmed gas fireplace, smart TV, futon, and a writing desk. Sliding doors open to a scenic balcony. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table offers seating for four and the kitchen bar also seats four. BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a full-size futon in the living area. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a TV. Doors open to the private balcony. The en-suite shower offers a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two full-size beds and a smart TV. The guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip a crisp beverage and take in verdant views from the balcony off the living room. Enjoy a quiet moment for two on the primary suite balcony. Summit Manor amenities include an outdoor unheated pool and a hot tub. Both are open seasonally from Memorial Day - Labor Day. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a private washer/dryer are provided. Please bring your account for other streaming platforms. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the parking lot outside the building. This single-level condo is on the second floor. Please note, the seasonal fireplace is operational from October - April.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
