Whether you're seeking winter thrills or summer sunshine, you'll find the perfect home base at Latitude Adjustment, an ideally located basement condo at Jay Peak Resort. Head downstairs to reach a cozy space that features a full kitchen where you can prepare hearty breakfasts and hot lunches to come home to between ski runs, a private washer/dryer to refresh your skiing or hiking clothes, and an enviable location within walking distance of the ski slopes, the renowned Pump House Indoor Waterpark, the golf course, and much more. Here at Jay Peak Resort, you'll have a wealth of recreation and activity to choose from come spring, summer, fall, or winter. The Metro Quad Lift is less than a quarter-mile away, allowing easy access to the resort's 81 trails and 385 skiable acres. The Pump House Indoor Waterpark is just around the corner as well and is home to thrilling water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and a children's play area (please note that additional fees apply). You can also tee off at the resort golf course a quarter-mile down the road, take scenic drives to admire the spectacular fall foliage or treat your family to a day at the Jay Peak Mountain Kids Adventure Center (one mile south). This condo's building is a four-bedroom lock-out with two condos on top of each other. This condo can be rented together with the two-bedroom Summit Solitude, as Summit Solitude & Latitude Adjustment. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that use of the aquatic facilities and other Jay Peak Resort amenities is not included in the price of your rental and may require an additional purchase; please visit the Jay Peak Resort website for availability and pricing

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
