Enjoy dining alfresco on the covered deck and sipping crisp drinks in an Adirondack chair. Another suite is located on this floor and includes a private balcony overlooking the pool area and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The ocean-view suite includes an en suite bathroom and ocean-view private deck. While another has a private balcony with views of the pool and a second bedroom featuring bunk beds. The home is ready to make families' vacations easier offering three Pack ‘n Plays, a highchair, and toys. For added convenience, there is free WiFi perfect for streaming, central air-conditioning to keep you cool, and a private washer/dryer to refresh and head out for another day of beach adventures. Electric vehicle owners will be happy to know this vacation house is also EV-ready with a NEMA 14-50 charger plug in the garage. Things to Know The private pool is typically open from May through October. The saltwater pool is unheated.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
