Property information

The coastal vibe in our home will richen your SouthWest Florida experience. This New Duplex Construction home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a well stocked kitchen, clean new laundry area with a washer and dryer in unit and a screened lanai with a patio and backyard space. A beach drive takes 12 min(aprox.) and we provide two beach chairs with an umbrella, a cooler bag and a few beach towels. For your evening strolls ,two bikes are available to take you on a cruise around the neighborhood.
