Property information

Brand new 4-bedroom home. 5 min from Walmart, Aldi, Publix, food, shopping, etc. Close to Silver Springs and Ocala National Forest. Cental location to everything! About an hour and a half from east coast beaches, west coast beaches, and Orlando. All new modern appliances. Roku tv in every bedroom and in the living room. Private fenced-in backyard with hot tub, firepit, Adirondack chairs, and charcoal grill. Comfortably sleeps 8 people. 1 Alligator and 1 Manatee themed bedroom, each with bunk beds (top twin, bottom full). Modern horse-themed bedroom with queen bed, remote colored lighting, ceiling fan, and large closet. Oversized master suite with remote colored lighting, ceiling fan, seperate shower and tub, his and her sinks, private toilet room, and huge walk-in closet. Large game room, foosball, corn hole, darts, board games, and more. Family ready kitchen w/ highchair. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
