Sunrise Villa is our new renovated two bedroom condo. We think you'll love the fact it's STEPS to the beach and pool because it's on the ground floor. The BEST part is you can sit on our patio overlooking the ocean to catch a sunrise, sunset, or even a dolphin or two. New Smyrna Beach has a lot to offer couples, families, and snow birds. From the world class restaurants, exciting activities, and beaches - there's something for everyone here.

Neighbourhood information

Our neighborhood is quite unique because we live in the no drive section of the beach which offers more peace and quiet than the other end of the beach. We are also located directly across the street from a grocery store and some great restaurants. You need to try the Bakers Table, Izzy's Island Ice Cream and Tacos (a little farther up the street) and C's Waffles. Flagler Avenue and Canal Street are must visits too!
