Sunset Harbour Villas 1-111 is a bright and roomy two-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway with views of the Santa Rosa Sound from the balcony. This unit has no interior stairs and a wheelchair ramp is available to access the unit if needed. Sunset Harbour Villas 1-111 accommodates up to four people with a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin-size beds in the guest room. Mealtime prep will be easy and convenient with a fully equipped kitchen. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
