Wonderfully located in a lovely neighborhood of New Buffalo, exactly one mile from New Buffalo Public Beach, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has been thoughtfully remodeled from top to bottom. You'll be treated to a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, new bathrooms, stone floors, new beds, smart TVs, and high-speed WiFi - all mere steps from the shores of Lake Michigan. There's only one house between Surf's Up and the lake, so this is the closest you can get to the lakefront without paying a luxury price tag. Step inside to find a space that has been beautifully rehabbed and meticulously decorated to catch the eye, all while remaining cozy and comfortable. Enjoy a cute, fenced-in backyard with a patio, a grill, and a dining set - the perfect spot for an outdoor dinner after a day spent lounging on the New Buffalo Public Beach. You'll also be within walking distance of the Marina Grand Hotel, featuring the renowned Bentwood Tavern, and all the shops and restaurants of downtown New Buffalo. At night, the primary bedroom has a king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed apiece, and the fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a set of twin bunks. For your ease and convenience, all of the rooms are located on the same level. THINGS TO KNOW You're just one house away from Lake Michigan! However, the closest beach access is at New Buffalo Public Beach (one mile away; paid parking). Please note that there are no surveillance cameras at this home, however neighboring homes do have cameras that look down the driveway and at the garage.
