Upon entry into either home, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the plush furniture, the vaulted ceilings, and the natural light blanketing the space from the large viewing windows. Prepare grand meals and touring snacks in either of the sophisticated eat-in kitchens, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is provided for those who need to work remotely. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The shared dock is only shared between the household rentals and is not a neighborhood-shared dock. However, the boat ramp is shared with the neighboring homes. The fireplace is not for guest use.
